At Zuelta, each piece is carefully handmade with attention to detail. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or style, subject to availability.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will process your exchange

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method in up to 15 business days.
