Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Zuelta, each piece is carefully handmade with attention to detail. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or style, subject to availability.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will process your exchange

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method in up to 15 business days.
